     Eric Schicho, licensed electrician and owner of Green Mountain Electric, began his electrical career in 2012 selling repair and new construction contracts to utility power plants. Fascinated by the industry's ability to provide consistent on demand electricity he became passionate about the benefits of renewable energy.  In 2015 he began designing and selling grid-tied solar installations turning residential roof tops into power plants of their own.  His need for developing a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of his work led him to pursue his electrical license while installing  self-regulated off-grid systems around the inland Northwest.  These experiences cultivated a deep understanding of how the world produces, transports, and uses electricity.  This thorough knowledge of electrical design sets him apart from the everyday electrician. ​​
